So ‘Richard III’ hits New York.

It’s the first time I’ve been to the East Coast and I’m loving it. We’re performing at the BAM Harvey theatre in Brooklyn which is a beautiful space.

I’m trying to get out as much as I can with my Leica M3 to shoot some rolls, but as yet haven’t had a chance to develop any of them - though I have found a studio with a dark room I can rent out, just 5 minutes walk away from my apartment.

Very excited at the prospect of moving out here for good… we’ll see which way life takes me!

One week till the Richard III crew arrive in Greece!!

Epidaurus is a little drive away SE from Athens, but I can’t wait. Here’s a photo from the Daily Mail to get an idea of what the Amphitheater is like. 14,000 people each night. 3 nights all ‘sold out’. By my maths that’s 42,000 people who will be seeing the show.

All I can say is “Wow”…

Richard III opens!!

So,

Richard III has officially opened at London’s Old Vic Theatre.

It’s pretty incredible to be in such an amazing theatre with such history around me. To think I’m in the very same dressing room that Sir Ralph Richardson used… insane!

Woo! Casting announced from Old Vic…

I can now officially say, I’ll be doing the Bridge Project; Richard III starring Kevin Spacey (and an incredible cast!), directed by Sam Mendes.

We start in rehearsing in London soon, eventually opening at the Old Vic Theatre, Waterloo and subsequently doing a world tour, finishing on Broadway, New York next year.

After pushing through a freezing night shoot last night, we wrapped on short film ‘The Intellects’. Over to Director Emile Lewis to edit and grade.

I’m looking forward to seeing this one…!
